Dennis Fleming

Dennis Fleming has been working in the field of HIV/AIDS for the last 14 years. He began his career as a case manager for the Ryan White Part A program at Mercy Hospital in Miami, FL. He later accepted a position with the Behavioral Science Research Corp. as Case Management Trainer and Quality Improvement Coordinator for the Miami-Dade County Ryan White Part A program. In 2008, Dennis left Miami to become HIV Prevention Intervention Specialist for the California Department of Public Health/Office of AIDS in Sacramento, CA and was later assigned to coordinate the Sate’s Partner Services (PS) program. Dennis joined the PAETC in 2013 as Program Manager. He is the main liaison between the Central Office and the 13 funded Local Performance Sites around the region regarding programmatic issues. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Social Welfare (BSW) from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and later received an MA in Higher Education Administration/College Student Development from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH.
